General Information:

Jacobs Machine Company is located in Rockwall, Texas, approximately 30 miles from Dallas and is easily accessible for all types of shipping. It was established in Garland, Texas in 1979 by Beverly and David Jacobs. At that time, Beverly had been active in customer sales and servce for five years, and David had been working as a machinist for fifteen years. After one year of working out of the garage, the business moved to a building in dowtown Rockwall. In 1984 Jacobs Machine Co. added computerized capabilities with our first CNC (computerized numberic control) Machining Center. With continued growth, Jacobs Machine Co. made another move in 1990 to a larger facility and the present location.

Jacobs Machine Co. decided to Incorporate in 1992. Jacobs Machine, Inc. is listed with the Small Business Administration as a Minority (Woman-Owned) Small Business Concern. Jacobs Machine, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and is accessible to Americans with Disabilities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our terms are Net 10 Days from Delivery Date, unless otherwise prearranged, for our credit-approved customers. Highest allowable interest charged on past due accounts.

Sales Tax will be charged on all invoices unless a current sales tax certificate is on file with Jacobs Machine, Inc.

Prices quoted are only estimates, based on the quantities requested. We reserve the right to adjust the price of quoted parts due to increases in the cost of materials or outside services, engineering changes, changes in quantities ordered, or any other changes to the parts that are beyond our control.

Assembly, Hardware, Plating, Painting, Freight, and Insurance costs are not included unless specifically stated on the quotation.

Our usual lead-time is 3-4 weeks. Quoted lead time is estimated and is subject to the shop load at the time the order is actually placed.

An order cannot be canceled once job materials have been ordered from our suppliers.

There are no guarantees on parts made from customer samples or broken parts. There are no warranties, whether written or implied, for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or responsibility of consequential damages, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise promptly returned to us (within 30 days) with written prior approval, will be reworked, modified, or replaced, at our option. No returns will be accepted without written prior approval. Any part incorrectly returned will be sent back at your expense with a $65.00 per hour handling charge for time spent repackaging and shipping.

The prices quoted are for all parts to be delivered at one time. No split deliveries. If split deliveries are required, it must be stated on the request for quote with the required delivery dates.
